Why is the Quickboot mode missing from Developer Options on my OnePlus One?

The Quickboot mode is nowhere to be found under Developer Options on my OnePlus One. It is not rooted and is running CM13 which was originally installed.

This forum is mainly for the Android ROM. Ask on the CyanogenMod Forum. In an Android ROM, there's no Quickboot mode unless you install a 3rd party restart.
