why is the screen of my ZTE Skate dark even after increadibg the brightness?
I acquired a ZTE Skate barely a week ago. On the evening of Sunday February 14, I wanted to reduce the brightness of the screen and tapped the brightness icon on the home screen. The brightness reduced until it became completely dark. And it stayed dark. I can still see my home screen, but only in a dark area/ environment. Even then I have to strain to see anything at all. Although I still managed to see the brightness icon and tapped it and it shows I have increased the brightness, the screen remains dark. What is the solution, please? Thank you
