Why is the "To" address when replying dropping the domain name?

On Samsung 7, when clicking to reply to a message from an address, e.g. user@domain.com, the "To:" field drops the domain name, showing only "user@" and I need to manually type the full email address.

Welcome to the forums. I've read about some similar problems on Samsung devices. In some cases this was caused by the animation values being disabled in the Developer Options. Is this your case?
