Why is the tpime display cut off after the latest update?

[Android Central Question]

I have the S10+ and just installed the latest update. After installation, my screen now has the time, as well as bar signal, 4G display and volume display on top of the screen cut off on the bottom half. It looks terrible. Is there a way to fix this?
