Why is there a red x mark on the battery icon in my grand neo plus

[Android Central Question]

When i put my phone into charge it showes the lightning on battery but the number stays the same
And when i turn on ultra power saving mode it shows a red x mark above the lightning sign and as before the number dont rise up until i remove the battery and put it on again,then it showes the right number

If it's original battery most like that even replacement batteries probably not going be that good.

Consider that red X like the tombstone for your battery, it's time to bury it and get another
