Why is there a toolbox icon.on some tandom apps that i can't remove from my settings?

When I was looking through my apps I saw that some of the apps had a toolbox icon and when I try and remove those apps, it says that I can't.

Do you also have a work profile set up? They could be apps required by the work profile so they can't be removed.
