Sp Flash tool error After Purple Bar pls help

I need help in Flashing my Phone Huawei Y511-u30 i have tried to follow the instruction installed media vcom usb driver and downloaded Flash file for my phone but when i press download it shows BROM :ERROR ?? (0x8)
any idea what i am doing wrong?
