Why is there compatability issues with my sync manager and my phone on my mac
I have the HTC Desire 626. I tried to install the HTC Sync manager to sync new songs. When I plug in my HTC into my macbook 10.6.8 the manager first says that the phone is detected and loading data. This process quits after several minutes and noting is synced to my phone. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this. The HTC support was fairly useless.
