Why is this glittery green screen on my S4?

s4 glittery green screen

Ok lying in bed I heard my phone buzz as if i was turning it on or off, looked at it and the screen wasna bright glittery green with a black line through it near the bottom, this lasted approx 50 seconds then phone went back to normal...any ideas? Never dropped etc always in case, although phone has been turning itself off when not in use over the past few days.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you try to do anything with the phone while the screen looked like that? Hard to say what that could be--might be a 3rd party app causing some instability, a firmware glitch, or something to do with the hardware. I would take this opportunity to make sure all of your important data is synced or backed up somewhere, in case this is a warning sign of more problems to come.
