I'm not getting push notifications from both my SimpliSafe app and Ring Video Doorbell Pro. SimpliSafe app says "communication unsuccessful check your connection and try again" and the Ring app sends nothing. They both have notifications turned on in the apps and on the phone.
My iPhone 7 and Galaxy Tab do get the notifications so it's not the apps. Neither Ring nor SimpliSafe tech support have been able to find a solution.
