Why isn't my Encryption completing?

Encryption not completed

i had a battery problems whith my galaxy note 3
i tried to do the encrypion memory device
but the battery faild me ..
and now every time i but the pasword
the phone will show a broken green droid then restart
after 5 min it will turn on and ask for the password ..

my battery died and the encryption process just stopped

Welcome to Android Central! I don't know for sure, but I would guess that an unexpected shutdown during the encryption process is a bad thing--just like it would be during a system update. The device might be bricked. Are you able to boot into Recovery? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-9049
