Why isn't my Galaxy A7 software updating?

Galaxy A7 software not updating

Phone not upgrading to android version jellybean shows message network not available
But I have a high speed Internet connection.

Marshmallow hasn't been released for the A7

Galaxy A7 was released in 2015 in the first OS was KitKat. Are you sure you have an A7? What is shown in Settings>about device?

It's having kit kat 4.4 currently but it shows network not available on upgrading
