my galaxy s4 GT-19505 4G LTE is not updating to from jelly bean to new android versions

when i go for updating my s4 by going to software updates in settings about phone check for updates it still says latest updates have already been installed still having android version 4.3 jelly bean plz help me to update my phone

The update has to be released by your carrier! Check with them about an update!
