Galaxy S5 Mic not working during calls
I'm running a Verizon Galaxy S5 with Lollipop 5.0, and just recently started having a problem with the microphone. It only happens during calls, both incoming and outgoing. I've tested the mic in voice recorder, and it works fine, so I know it isn't a hardware problem. I tried wiping cache partition, restarting, pulling the battery, and removing apps, and nothing has made the problem go away. It only happens sporadically, which is making it hard to determine the cause. I tried disabling voice privacy as well as noise cancellation, and still no luck. I've seen this is a common problem, yet none of the fixes given elsewhere have helped me. I've even disabled Google Now detection completely and still no luck. I'm expecting some important calls and nobody can hear me when I pick up the phone, any help would be appreciated.
