Why isn't my Google playtime working?

my Google playtime isn't working

It is tellin me update Google play services will not run unless up to date and I already have it up to date please help

Hi and welcome to Android Central.

Try going into apps all and Google play store. Force stop this.
Next look for google play services. Here you can uninstall updates. Reboot the phone and it should install the correct update.
If that fails uninstall and reinstall again.
