Nexus 4 not working after battery change
I changed my battery due to it overheating and generally being poor, but it wouldnt power up afterwards.
When I press the power button and down volume button at same time I get to the screen with picture of the green android man with his chest open and it has the 4 choices; start, restart bootloader, recovery mode & power off but when i try to make a selection the power button doesnt respond/work so unable to move forward. At the bottom of screen it says the following;
FASTBOOT MODE
PRODUCT_NAME - mako
VARIENT - mako 16GB
HW VERSION - rev_11
BOOTLOADER VERSION - MAK0Z30d
BASEBAND VERSION - M9615A-CEFWMAZM-2.0.1701.03
CARRIER INFO - None
SERIAL NUMBER - XXX
SIGNING - production
SECURE BOOT - enabled
LOCK STATE - Locked
I have put the old battery back in but returns to the same state so it is not in a good state. I also tried a fastboot oem unlock but cant continue/go ahead with it due to the same issue, power button wont respond (although it is known to be working as I used it to bring the device out of hibernation (as stated above)?
Sorry if I have missed out anything important I've not posted here before, Any advice or suggestions gratefully received, cheers..
