Why isn't my Note4 fast charge working?

why my note4 fast charge is not working?

While charging, I dont see the fast charge displays, I see regular charge.
and I checked of course that the charger is Samsung genuine fast charger.

It doesn't say "adaptive charging" in the notification panel when you plug in?
