Why isn't my phone charging?

Today before I showered, my phone got a little bit wet from where I charge it and I didn't think much of it, but now I tried to charge it and it says it is, but it is currently frozen at 0%. The charger isn't the problem, & I don't know how to fix it!

It sounds like you have answered your own question. You said your phone got wet, Was it perhaps at or near the charge port?
you could try a wireless charge to be 100% sure, but I would guess water damage and that's not covered by Samsung

If my usb charging port went bad I would get a battery charging dock. I'd also get an extra battery. Just make sure it's an oem battery. One of the great things about removable batteries
