Why isn't my phone starting?

[AC Question]

phone is not starting

hello i m using lg optimus g f180 (korean version)
recently i tried to resize my soft keys by editing a folder named as frame work
after doing tht when i restart my phone it is starting but lags at t mobile logo and then automatically restarts again
i was tried to do hard reset but all i found is tht recovery mode is not opening and a error which is written in chinese and only lg service is return english
i need help !!!!

I would try doing a Factory Data Reset.

when i try to do factory reset something comes up which is written in korean lang with a lg service heading
after this nothing happen
