Why isn't my Prevail M360 logging incoming/out going calls?

Prevail M360 not logging incoming/out going calls

it would at one time do both but for some reason it stopped.

it would at one time do both but for some reason it stopped.

Open system settings > applications > sort by all > dialer (or phone) > clear cache. See if that fixes the problem for you.

Also, note that if you are receiving or sending calls to/from the same recipient the number may only show once, which will be the last sent or received call.
