s4 not charging correctly
1st time yesterday it happened..had phone for approx 16 months with never any problems of any kind........had phone on charge but had to use it..banking app..couple of phone calls etc ...noticed that it was losing charge not gaining it...changed chargers..then changed cords in chargers....but nothing changed...had it on charge o/night...had about 70% this morning but drained very fast when using it...driving to work I plugged into car charger and noticed an icon saying...'usb connector connected'...dropped it off at the telstra shop whilst I did my shopping for work...only to be told it needs to be sent away to have a total re-set !!! ...don't know a great deal about all this chit...but don't believe that this is what is required..any thoughts ???
