Why isn't my Samsung S4 SGH-I337 staying in 4G signal?

Samsung S4 SGH-I337 not staying in 4G signal

i bought unlocked samsung s4 sgh-i337 from US and using with Airtel 4G SIM in india...issue is Data is not sticking with 4G....it always goes to 2G (getting "E" symbol) don't know how to solve this

I have proper APN setup...if I switch to Manual Network and register IND airtel...then it goes to 4G...but again it goes to 2G when i go low signal area...

If there's no 4G signal, or it's below about -117db, the phone will switch down to 3G if it's available, then to 2G, then to nothing.

Install LTE Discovery or SignalCheck Lite and see what signal level you're getting when you lose 4G. (The phone can't receive what's not there. Maybe you need a different carrier if Airtel doesn't cover the places you need covered.)
