in play store clash of clans doesn't appear. can you please help me on can i download it. this is my first time and android tab cant dload this apps. im so upset on this device.

Have you tried downloading the apk file from the internet for it?

just note, it might still not work if the Play Store is telling you that your device isn't compatible.
