Why isn't my Tab charging up?

My tab not charging up

Today just I plug to charge my tab Samsung galaxy tab4 SMT235 , but it won't charging also not detecting USB

Could be lots of reasons. If the battery is empty, it (of course) won't detect USB or do anything else (including anything that indicates it's trying to power on.) Depending on how long you've had it, I think I'd start by replacing the battery. Rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries typically last for 3 or 400 charge cycles.
