Why aren't my touchscreen respond while playing some games?

I bought a new phone, it's called ZTE V5 Pro N939ST. It's really cool but I have a problem with the screen. I bought Need for Speed Most Wanted from the store and then I download it. It starts perfectly but then, my touch screen doesn't respond. I can tilt my phone and it works and the car turns but I can't press any button in the menu or use nitro or brake. This phone use Android 5.1. I tried to reboot, factory reset, update and root but nothing works. I tested my phone with some test applications and everything worked fine. If I remember well, then I tried a lot of apps and some worked and some not but sadly since the factory reset I forget their name. I would be very grateful if somebody could help me. Thanks!
