Why isn't my wifi turning on my on Samsung Tab 3 8 SM-T310?

Samsung Tab 3 8" SM-T310 Wi-Fi Issue

I have a Samsung Tab 3 8" SM-T310 , the Wi-Fi slider won't stay on. It goes back to off. I drag from the top downward and Wi-Fi is gray, I tap it to turn on and it turns a light green and after a few seconds is goes back to gray. I have checked the date and it is correct. I changed the date and shut down and started up and same thing. I set correct date & time reboot and still nothing. HELP !! Plus same thing with Bluetooth slider.

I have the same thing happening and can not find anything. I bought the tablet from a friend broke it myself after a week, sat for fiveish months I had to buy new LCD and digitizer got it yesterday and am having the same WiFi and Bluetooth problem if you or someone could help us please this has been such a pain.

Are you really connected to your WiFi?
Mine does that if I haven't connected completely or correctly to a WiFi Hotspot or router.
