Why isn't the Google Play Store connecting on my Tab 3 10.1?

Google play store not connecting on my Tab 3 10.1

Google play store not connecting on my Tablet 3 10.1 since I've changed my email address. The icon disappears once I click on it as a result I'm unable to update or download apps.
