Why isn't the mute option being displayed on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime?

mute option not displayed on Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

When the on/off is held, the only option displayed are Power off / Airplane mode/ and restart. No Mute or sound

You need to press the volume down button for that. Or pulldown the quick settings menu and it should be there....
