Why lock screen pin wont work in note4

I change my lock screen to pin and it wont change,still is swip to unlock,i remember the code but when i write,it says sorry try again

Thanks for replying,but i try this and only change it once and when I want to change the pin it hasn't change,still is on swip to unlock

Thanks,this time i try unlock my device,i didnt saw it because it's in the more option and i use lock my screen in previously try on findmymobile.com,it's work,really glad that i didn't use reset factory.
