Why Moto M does not have Moto Display?

I am owning Moto M and have seen that it does not have moto display and not even it supports it. Moto display is just a software, then why its not there. I don't know why it does not support it either as it does not require any special hardware requirement.

I used to have a Moto E3 Power and now I am using Moto M. Both of them doesn't have Motorola features. I don't know if it's because they both are using Mediatek processors. I just think these phones are not a priority of Lenovo or Motorola I should say.
