Why must Android Central have SO MANY flash based ads on every page?

I have read here on these pages many times that flash is dead. So why does this site have more of it than any other web page I have seen in years? When I visit the forums I frequently will open 4 or 5 tabs for posts I'd like to read. This invariably leads to a warning message that Shockwave Flash has crashed, and I have to reload each page. After that I typically have to wait 15 minutes or more for those few tabs to load up, over a 50 Mbps connection! This is ridiculous. I will turn to other sites from now on, until this is resolved. I love the news and the writers here, and I understand the need for advertising, but nothing is worth this much frustration.

I know this site survives BECAUSE of ads so I won't make any specific suggestions but there are certainly ways to not see those ads. The only ads I see on this site are for their own accessories shop, shopandroid.com I agree, the flash ads (when I do end up seeing them) make the site VERY slow.
