Why my android phone's notification is dismissed automatically.

My Samsung A10S android phone's USB connection notification is automatically dismissed. When I insert OTG to my phone, notification comes and disappeare immediately. How can I recover this setting?

If you go My files app OTG should show , another is open developer settings and tap usb debugging
