Why my blackberry priv is heating up easily?

My blackberry priv is heating up very easily and continuesly with a result to jam all the times. it also consumes the battery realy fast

The Priv was released in late 2015 with a problematic Qualcomm 808 CPU that was prone to heating up easily and drained the battery relatively quickly. It shipped with Android 5, but a later upgrade to Android 6 did help with some of those issues.

Is this a new phone for you? What Android version is on it now? You might need to run an autoloader with the updated OS. It may help, somewhat.

Welcome to Android Central! In addition to joeldf's ideas, I would add that if your cell signal is poor, that can also contribute to heat generation as the phone works harder to maintain the signal.
