Why my BLU studio energy 2 is closing apps when I shake it

I've been dealing with the issue I didn't notice before it was from me shaking it I have checked all the setting I could find I have "smart gestures" off and I couldn't h
Find anything on YouTube for it please help me.

Put in safe mode see if it still happening.
