Why my callers only can't listen my voice during video calls on whatsapp only?

Hello sir,
I have samsung galaxy s8 . Since some days i have a serious issue during video calls my callers can see me, i can see them , i can here them but they can't here me. And During the video call when i pause the video they can listen me clearly . Please help me sir why they can't here me during video calls only ? I have a high speed 4g data plan on my prepaid number , i have tried every single thing like i update my phone , whatsapp app, clear cookies chache, start the safe mode , on off the phone ,reinstall the app, change the cellular network airtel 4g from jio 4g , also tried on wifi network*

Look in settings... Apps... Permissions... Microphone...
Make sure whatsap has permission to microphone

microphones and all other permissions are already allowed , i also tried to clear Caches many times

WhatsApp's video calls are part of the existing "Voice calls" feature You can also
Mute the microphone, so the other person - Can see you, but No heard you

For sure either you or the other person, have the microphone Muted
or accidentally have reduced the phone volume. So review these
settings again & try to establish, video call with different friend

i aslo thought that than i tried to check this with more than 15 different callers but the problem is still , i and they both do not mute or reduce volume . sir please help me i am very sad . [phone number removed for privacy by Mod]
