Android Central Question
Hello,
I own a Pixel 5 and a Microphone Boya BY MM1, which is universaly compatible with all smartphones.
I bough a UGREEN adapter from Jack to USB-C, which is 100% compatible with Pixel 5.
But, when I plug my microphone on my pixel 5 using the UGREEN adapter, I recieve a message saying "this analogic device is not compatible with this smartphone".
I tried to reboot in safe mode, but the problem was still there...
Then I discovered smthg..
Let me illustrate the setting I'm using to connect the mic :
Pixel 5 -> ubs-c / P2 adaptor -> p2 3 bands to p2 2 bands connector -> microphone
I discovered that the error message appears when I plug the P2 3 bands to p2 bands connector, even if the mic is not plugged yet !
Could the problem come from the connector ? Or does the Pixel phones simply do not accept these kinds of connectors ?
I tried to clean out my usb C port to see if it could come from there but had no effect.
Please help me I'm starting to despair...
