Why my feature are turned off

[Android Central Question]

I'm using Nokia c1 2nd edition but when I download bolt driver it is disabled it does not want to display the app on top of other app

Check if you have the option in settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>special access tap>appear on top ?

Perhaps it is an Android Go phone. If so, I believe that there are ways round it, if you’re interested.

Welcome to Android Central! belodion is correct, the Nokia C1 2nd edition runs Android 11 Go. Android Go doesn't support displaying over other apps, because it's designed for low spec phones that don't have much RAM.
