why my itel phone is stuck at the itel logo?

my phone was working alright till yesterday night. i then switched off my phone at night and when i tried to switch it on in morning it was stuck in the itel logo. i switched it off several times and tried to restart it but nothing worked. i also removed the battery and later on tried but no result. what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! This usually means that either the firmware is corrupt or the motherboard has failed. If you have an SD card, remove it and see if that makes a difference, but if the problem persists, you'll probably need to bring it to a repair shop or contact the manufacturer.
