Why my LG V10 freezing if I use data ?

If I turn my data on my LG V10, it does not responses the touch screen or remains frozen. I did not have this issue before. But, I am having this issue for the last few days.
I have tried to solve this issue by restarting over and over. But, no luck. Does some one know the fix ?

Have you backed up your phone and tried factory reset? Maybe turn off the phone and remove the battery wait a few and try again.

I do not want to factory data reset my phone and lose all my files; I wonder if there is any alternative fix. And yes, I did try by removing the battery.

What about Safe Mode? This can at least give you an idea if the problem lies with an app you installed, or with the firmware or a preinstalled app.
