why my new j7 do this????!!!

i bought a new j7 prim .... charged it to 100 then start using it .....the problem is the recent apps key some times stop working ....... some times the go back key stop working and some times the go back key do the recent apps key function.... so whats going on ????!!!!

Did you receive a software update after purchasing? If so, you may need to do a full factory reset of your phone. ***back up your important data*** If you didn't get a software update, I would take it back to where you bought it and request a replacement.

yes i recived the software update but i did not download it ...... and i did a factory rest theproblem still there

Download and install the software update and see if that clears the problem. If not, as already advised above, return the device for a replacement.

i also put a temeperd glass to protect the screen ...... do you think it is the reason
