Why my phone has a circular navigation bar

It has been about a month now trying to remove a circulating dot or bar circular navigation bar on my huawei, what shoild I do to make it desapear

Welcome to the forums. That sounds like the navigation dock, see if you can disable it in settings - system - navigation system.
