Why my phone is hanging

some times using frequently phone get hang i cant use any apps for a while

Yes we need more details to be of any help...

* Model and manufacture of phone using?
* OS version it is currently running?
* Did this occur after an update or installing some app(s)?
* Has it always hung since you owned or was it good at the start?
