why my phone is showing vibration again and again until during charging

My htc phone showing vibrations again and again and not displaying anything just htc . when i want to charge it heat up and showing vibrations. please suggest me anything.

Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC phone? The battery has probably failed -- if the battery isn't user-removable, you'd have to bring it to a repair shop to get it replaced.
