Why my phone never receives call even dialer hears the ring?

When dialer calls me he hears the ring but in my phone I could not find any incoming calls . In those missed calls I rarely receives messages that I missed those calls. In some rare cases I receive incoming calls with no problem. I didn't understand what is happened to my phone.
