Why my phone showing other language like Chinese in some apps?

I have download daraz app and KWGT app but both have some issue in my phone. Some icons are showing as Chinese text. Can any one help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If the phone was intended for the Chinese market, certain menus may show up in Chinese. Do you only see Chinese in the shortcut icon labels?
