Why my Samsung S7 Edge doesnt support Samsung Pay?

Recently i have bought my new galaxy S7 edge and was thinking of to know about it features...
And then i came across the Smart Pay using Samsung Pay....But when i search in PlayStore or Galaxy Apps they arent showing Samsung Apps
in store...could anybody explain this????

You get Samsung apps from the Galaxy App Store.
