my phone was updated last wednesday and and the problem was start the androir version is nougat i update my phone through software update in my phone pls help me to solve this problem

Okay. This may be something that S7e users will know about - I’ve already moved the thread to that forum - but in the meantime, try a Cache Partition wipe. If no go, try Safe Mode.

I already do all the instruction that you suggest and i already factory reset my phone but the selfie camera is not changing always negative exposure always
