Why my sensor is so active.

Hi i bought new phone Moto g 4plus but there is a problem with my phone and I.e. whenever i touch my phone or any moment happens automatically screen light turns on. I want to turn off this settings if possible please tell me how can I do that??

If you want to turn it off you have to go to ' Moto ' in your app drawer then to Display and turn it off.
However I keep mine on as I can see my notifications without unlocking my phone and it does not drain battery.
