Why the terrible downgrade on Samsung photo editor?

I used to be able to adjust photos : lighter/darker, clearer, light mode, and add a photo into another one. The last is especially helpful with family photos where it's hard to get one where everyone has on their best expression. I used to crop a good face, open up the other photo, select draw, I think, and select photo and drop the good face into picture - sizing, skewing, whatever needed to be done. All that is now gone! Totally useless to me. I can't find a comparable app, or would just use that

Take a look at the app "Adobe Photoshop Mix":

I have not used that instance of the Photoshop app series, but it seems like what you are looking for.
