Why there comes the same notification of 'message not sent' on my huawei p9 lite?

I've installed handcent app but it didn't work on my phone.
So please anyone of you who has experience about it give me the solution of it.
This is annoying me!
So kindly give me solution that i can get rid of this useless notification.
